Expose Section in the API IAdditionalApplication Interface

V14 helpfully introduced the Section property for AdditionalApplications - visible in the [Platform].xml file.

This will be super useful for plugin developers who need to distinguish between Game Files, genuine additional Apps, links and documents (and any other future categories).

At the moment, the only option is hacky: reading the platform xml files directly.
