Images/artwork for additional apps

Hey LB team,

I personally use additional apps for various rom hacks of a base game. Seeing that many different ROM hacks exist in the database and have images and even metadata, the ability to have some kind of artwork (box, screenshots, etc.) or visual flair when the user highlights or pages through the additional apps (specifically ROM files that are in the database) could be a nice visual upgrade, especially in BigBox. I image it would also involve changing the download metadata/images logic to also look for rom files in additional apps.

Thanks!
