LaunchBox currently offers robust save file management for RetroArch, allowing users to backup, restore, sort, filter, and display badges for both saves and save states. This functionality helps users manage their game progress efficiently within a single LaunchBox build, without needing to navigate the file system.

Feature Request

It would be incredibly beneficial if LaunchBox could synchronise tracked save files and save states across multiple LaunchBox installations, including Windows and Android versions. This feature would enable seamless gameplay continuation across different devices without needing manual file transfers.

    Since I’m sure storage is a premium, let us sync them through a google drive, one drive, etc. We configure the settings on the account, and the account syncs down those settings to each, and leave the token on the device and just make us reauth when we open launchbox on a new device.

    Absolutely would love this, I use syncthing right now but if LB did this well….. I’d be ecstatic haha.

    This is my number one feature request over everything. The current solutions like SyncThing are way to complicated and time consuming to set up on each platform. If this can be set up in a seamless way on Launchbox behind a single sign on, it could be the platforms killer feature.
